Home inventory is rising! Nationally, listed homes are up 17.3% over last year and homes are taking a little longer to sell. Our local area still has a lot of homebuyer demand. How fast a home sells really depends on location and property condition, but our average days on market is only 25. Though inventory is increasing, Lancaster County, PA only has a 1.3-month supply of homes.
