Listings are up which means more homes to choose from for home buyers! In fact, listings are up 8% from last year nationwide and 12% for Lancaster County. However, we still only have a 1.6 month supply, keeping us in a seller’s market. Many homes for sale are receiving multiple offers, so head into your home search fully prepared!
